Mrs. Willette S. Pinnix, age 71, passed away Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at Annie Penn Hospital.
Public viewing will begin on Friday, April 12, 2024 from 12 until 8 p.m. at McLaurin-Harris Funeral Home, 721 East Morehead Street, Reidsville, NC.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 13, 2024 at 2 p.m. at McLaurin-Harris Memorial Chapel, 721 East Morehead Street, Reidsville, NC. The family visitation will begin at 1:30 p.m. Reverend Roger B. Pinnix will deliver the words of comfort.
Interment will follow in New Center Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.

She was a born on August 6, 1952 in Rockingham County, NC to Daisy Mullins Sanders.
She graduated from Reidsville Senior High School, class of 1971. To know Willette was to love her and she had so many families and friends that loved her. She loved telling her family stories and she could make you laugh for hours.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband James C. Pinnix, Sr.; brother, Russell L. Sanders; sister, Annie S. Williamson; nephews, Tommy F. Williamson and Robert E. "Junnie" Reid, Jr.
She is survived by her special companion and loving friend, Dennis Stubblefield; sons, Timothy "Sam" Sanders, Sr. (Eulanda), James "Boo Boo" Pinnix, Jr. (Jennifer), her loving daughter, Antoinette "Nita" P. Bethel; bonus son, Tillman Thomas; grandchildren, Antonio Pinnix (Teyanna), Timothy Sanders, Jr. (Destiny), RayQuan Simmons (Kadijah), Jaheim Hairston, Dimond Pinnix, Ashanti Pinnix, Kamyra Pinnix, Anatasia Sanders, Yazmin Sanders; bonus grandchildren, Jean Glenn, Jaidyn Gray and Triniti Gray; great-grandchildren, Juhkari Pinnix, Marcus Pinnix, Kamarion Simmons, Timothy Sanders, III, Kayden Sanders, Antonia Pinnix, Taylan Pinnix, Antonio Pinnix, Jr., and Prince Messiah Sanders; dear sisters, Elizabeth "Inez" Fields (Jon) and Lula S. Ellington who will love her forever and will see her again; nephew, Ronnie "Ron Ron" Ellington; nieces, Shelitha P. Ellington, LaResa E. Ellington; great nephew, Devin Ellington; great nieces, Michelle Reid, Kimarie Skyy Hairston, Kamya J. King and Julianne L. Foust; great-great nephews, Kelton D. Wilkerson, Jr. and Kameron D. Wilkerson; special cousins, Clyde Neal and Korean M. Mims; a host of relatives and many friends.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the entire staff of DaVita Reidsville Dialysis, Moses Cone Hospital Staff (3rd Floor ICU), Annie Penn Hospital and everyone that visited, called and put a smile on her face. To God be the Glory for all the wonderful years we had with her.
