Mrs. Viola Crite Slade passed on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at Heartland Living and Rehabilitation Center in Greensboro, North Carolina.  Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 16, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at McLaurin Memorial Chapel with family visitation one half hour prior to the service and burial to be conducted from Locust Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.  Public visitation will be held on Thursday, December, 15, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at McLaurin Memorial Chapel, 721 East Morehead Street, Reidsville, NC.  The family is requesting that donations be made to the Locust Grove Baptist Church Food Pantry, 4704 E. NC Highway 150, Browns Summit, NC  27214 in memory of Viola Crite Slade.

Ashton and Yolanda McLaurin and the staff of the McLaurin Funeral Home are serving the family. Covid-19 precautions will be followed with social distancing, masks and sanitizing required.
