Obituary

On Wednesday, November 3rd, 1976 Trevia Michelle Brim began her earthly journey. Her birth brought much joy and love to her family. On Monday afternoon, December 12, 2016, she transitioned into a life of eternal rest and peace.

Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Saturday , December 17, 2016 at Jones Chapel Missionary Baptist Church with a visitation 12:30 p.m. prior to the service and burial to take place in the Jones Chapel Church Cemetery.

As a native and lifelong resident of Rockingham County, she attended Reidsville Senior High and Rockingham Community College where she received her certification in Early Childhood Development from Ashford University. She was employed as a Pre-K Teacher at Creative Day School, in Burlington, North Carolina. She was a former employee of growing Years Day Care.

Trevia joined Jones Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in 1987, where she was a loyal member for 29 years. She was a member of the Spiritual Youth & Adult Choir.
Trevia, nicknamed "Bootsie" was passionate about children and her friends.

She was preceded in death by her son; Demarkus Brim.

She leaves to cherish her memory, Mother; Margie Hall Brim, Father; Ellis Brim, Aunts; Lena Millner, Patricia Simpson, Helen Hall, all of Reidsville, NC, Sylvia Battle, Eden, NC, Uncle; David Perkins Jr., Reidsville, NC, close special cousins; Rev. Bell (Kevin) Noble and Tamela Brim, Special BFF; Jonathan Courts and a host of other cousins and friends.

Public viewing 2:00-7:00 P.M., Friday, December 16, 2016 at
McLaurin Funeral Home.
