Senior Master Sergeant Michael Raymond Davis, ANG Retired, age 60, passed away Saturday, July 29, 2023 at his residence.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 12, 2023 at 11 a.m. at Elm Grove Baptist Church, 1302 US Hwy 29 Business, Reidsville, NC.

Interment with full military honors will be held in Salisbury National Cemetery.

Public viewing Friday, August 11, 2023 from 12 until 8 p.m. at McLaurin-Harris Funeral Home, 721 East Morehead Street, Reidsville, NC.

He was born on August 12, 1960 to Raymond Davis and Elizabeth Kesler Davis.

Mr. Davis served his country faithfully and retired from the US Air National Guard.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Seneca Gore.

Survivors include wife, Cheryl Gore Davis; twin daughters, Sierra Gore and Tierra Rogers; brothers, Leon Davis (Robin) and James Kessler; sisters, Veronica Moss (Tyrone) and Rev. Kay Blount; grandchildren, Zambia Rogers and Kalia Rogers; a host of relatives and friends.
