REIDSVILLE - Mrs. Sherine Melissa Williams Pittman, age 55,was called home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 8, 2024 at the Gibson House Ancora Compassionate Care.
Public viewing will begin on Friday, October 11, 2024 from 12 until 8 p.m. at McLaurin-Harris Funeral Home, 721 East Morehead Street, Reidsville, NC.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 12, 2024 at 11 a.m. at Wadsworth Congregational Church, 1301 Rock Creek Dairy Road, Whitsett, NC. The family visitation will begin at 10:30 a.m. Pastor, Reverend Otto Burston, eulogist.
The committal and interment will follow in the church cemetery.

She was a cherished member of the Reidsville, NC and Danville VA Community. Sherine left an indelible mark on the lives of those who knew her.
Born October 31, 1968 to the late Mable Hill and Simon Davis. Sherine is now reunited with her beloved husband, Ralph, who preceded her in death. Sherine grew up to be a compassionate and dedicated individual. After graduating from George Washington High School in 1987, she pursued her passion for healthcare and wellness. She earned a degree in Respiratory Therapy at DCC. She later expanded and obtained a bachelor's degree in psychology from Liberty University. Sherine's legacy will live on through the numerous lives she's touched and the memories that will be shared by loved ones. She will be deeply missed.
Sherine leaves to cherish her precious memories: one daughter, Imani Anderson; one goddaughter, Cassidy Tuck; six brothers, Paul Hill, Paxton Hill, Sherman Williams, Shamore Williams (Minnie), Shermaine McDonald (Deb) and Jermaine Davis; three sisters, Angel Smith (Lakeshia), Sherita Beard and Johnita Robinson (Shannon); five bonus children, Phillip Hawkins, Ralph Pittman (Drew), Bryan Pittman (Anisha), Racquael Woods (Shadi), and Summer Hall; two uncles, Larry Person (Renate), Albert Person (Barbara); three aunts, Louise Swanson, Akram Salaam and Khadija Apyapong; one sister/cousin, Janet Gwynn; dedicated best friends, Alicia and Daryl; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and frends.
