Ronald Edward Neal passed away on Monday, November 27, 2017.
Funeral services will be Saturday, December 9, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. at ST. Paul United Methodist Church. Visitation will be one half hour prior to the service. Public viewing will be Friday, 12:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
