Minister Delores J. Martin

EDEN, NC - Minister Delores Johnson Martin, age 76, passed away peacefully at her home in Eden, NC, on Saturday, July 4, 2026. Her sweet gentle spirit and unwavering dedication to her faith touched the lives of all who knew her. She was a dedicated educator and will be dearly remembered for her kindness and the deep impact she had on her community.

A viewing will begin on Sunday, July 19, 2026 from 1 until 3 p.m. at McLaurin-Harris Funeral Home, 721 East Morehead Street, Reidsville, NC.

Homegoing celebration services will be held Monday, July 20, 2026 from The New Saint Paul Baptist Church, 1020 E. Stadium Drive, Eden, NC. Visitation with the family will begin at 10:30 a.m., followed by the service at 11 a.m. Pastor, Dr. Joel E. Clark will serve as eulogist.

The committal and interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Reidsville, NC.

She is survived by her loving brother, Raymond L. Johnson of Atlanta, Ga; a host of relatives and friends.
