Mary C. Morehead died at Ashton Place Health and Rehabilitation LLC in McLeansville, NC. on Monday, July 14, 2014.
She was the daughter of the late Valentine and Mary R. Cummings. Her husband Clarence H. Morehead Sr. preceded her in death.
She leaves seven children to cherish her memory; Clarence H. Morehead Jr. (Peggy), Mary Johnson, Billy Morehead, Betty T. Reese (James), Margaret Neal, Ricky Morehead and Cynthia Oxendine (Shawn), sixteen grandchildren, thirty two great grandchildren, and twelve great great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Memorial services will be 1:00 P.M. Friday, July 18, 2014 at McLaurin Memorial Chapel with a visitation 12:30-1:00 P.M. prior to the service.
