EDEN - Mrs. Linda Pickard Dalton, age 69, departed her lifelong journey on earth Sunday, November 24, 2024 at Eden Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Eden, NC.

Public viewing will begin on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 from 12 until 6 p.m. at McLaurin-Harris Funeral Home, 721 East Morehead Street, Reidsville, NC.

A celebration of life service will be held Wednesday, November 27, 2024 at 1 p.m. at McLaurin-Harris Memorial Chapel, 721 East Morehead Street, Reidsville, NC. The family visitation will take place at 12:30 p.m. Bishop Ronald Corbett, pastor of Charity Apostolic Church, eulogist.

The committal and interment will follow in Greenview Cemetery, Reidsville, NC.

Mrs. Linda was the daughter of the late Charlie and Beulah Pickard and was born on July 5, 1955 in Rockingham County, NC.

She graduated from Ruffin High School, class of 1973.

For many years she worked as a caregiver.

She was a member of The Only Way Church of Christ in Eden, NC.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Dalton, Jr.; siblings, Lem Pickard, Paul Pickard, Jerry Pickard, Mac Pickard and Edward Pickard.

Mrs. Linda leaves to cherish her memory: son, Tyrone Totten (Trina); daughter, Jacqueline Hampton (Elder Edward Hampton); grandchildren, Jaelyn totten, Laya Totten, Denise Hampton, EJ Hampton; great-grandchild, Zariyah Totten; special friend, Elder Gloria Millner; a host of relatives and friends.
