Larry Edward Miller was born on February 18, 1946 to Annie Belle Miller Finch and the late Bruce Edward Leake of Reidsville, North Carolina. He passed on Thursday, April 26, 2012 at Annie Penn Hospital.

Funeral Services will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday at McLaurin Funeral Home Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow in the Greenview Cemetery. There will be a visitation 10:30-11:00 prior to the service.


Larry attended Booker T. Washington High School. He loved playing pool so much, he bought his own pool table and would play with his buddies for hours at a time. He loved people and was a great cook. He was a member of M& L Memorial Faith Tabernacle under the leadership of Pastor James A. Lawson.


Larry was preceded in death by his father and his loving grandmother; Sallie Lawson Miller, "Mama".


He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother; Annie Belle Miller Finch, three brothers; Keith Finch of Reidsville, NC, Travis Miller of Greensboro, NC, and Jeff Finch of High Point, NC, one sister, Sandra Finch Tyree (James) of Chesapeake, VA, a devoted step-father; Charles Finch of Reidsville, NC, two very close cousins; Dennis Jackson and Lorenzo Jackson of Baltimore, MD, a special uncle; Norris Beveridge of Reidsville, NC, a special pool buddy; Nathaniel "Snake" Williamson of Reidsville, NC, and a hosts of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
