John was a man of immense humor, kindness, wisdom and genuine love for people. He cherished every moment spent with loved ones including the grand dogs! His passion for family, travel, music, and unwavering faith and spirit will forever be remembered.

Those who will continue to honor his legacy by living their lives to the fullest, are, Julie Williams, his daughter, Debra Mitchell Williams, Julie's mother and his grandsons; Ja'Shon Amarion, Ja'Vion Amir, Ja'mari Avery Williams all of Eden, NC.

Left to share the memories and the music is Jaqueline Lewis, with whom he chose to spend the remainder of life and create a beautiful, blended family. Bonus-daughters: Angel McCann (Ramel), LaToya Griggs (Taurus), Monique Keller (David); Beloved Grandchildren: Jacqueline "Ezana", Karen Denise, Ta'Shawn Arthur Griggs, Kalila Keller and Preston Roach of Reidsville, NC. John had a special relationship with his great granddaughter, Mariah Legacy. They were thick as thieves, and it was her job to make sure John was ok. From walking him around outside, often trying to convince "Ma" to get another dog. You could always find them getting into something; fireworks (John was blind and Mariah was 6 years old), wrestling, playing and laughing. Of course it was all his idea! John left behind siblings who will tell the "real" story, "What really happened was…" Danny Williams, Theresa Williams, Tina Williams, and Katrina (Otis) Morgan. A host of nieces and nephews, especially: Brandon and Raven Williams, Kendall Washburn, Torrence, Mahogany, and Keandra Pratt. Family by love, The Logan Family, you can't just name one, they come as a package! The "Fellas" good friends, Johnell, Roland, "Lil' George," Adarian, and "Bunch" Harold, and Taurus. We welcome all who know him to join us in celebrating the life of a man who was loved and loved deeply. John you will be missed.
