REIDSVILLE - Mr. Jeffrey Alexander, Sr., age 72, passed away Saturday, August 17, 2024 at Eden Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Eden, NC.

A memorial service will be held will be held Sunday, August 25, 2024 at 1 p.m. at McLaurin-Harris Memorial Chapel, 721 East Morehead Street, Reidsville, NC. Minister Mia Richardson, officiating.

He was born in Buffalo, New York on November 12, 1951 to George Alexander and Ossie Thomas Wilson.

For many years, he worked at Arcata Graphics.

In his past time, he loved playing basketball and roller skating. He also enjoyed music, cooking and outdoor activities such as walking and growing plants.

Survivors include, son, Jovan Alexander (Tisha); daughter-in-law, Adrea Alexander; grandchildren, Jovan Alexander Jr., Janaya Alexander, Maia Alexander and Taylor Owens; great-grandchild, Karter Brown; sisters, Georganne Alexander and Cassandra Frierson (James); a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Im addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Jacquita Henderson Alexander; son, Jeffrey Alexander, Jr.; sister, Birdie Alexander Edwards.
