REIDSVILLE - Mr. James Arthur Fields, age 63, passed away Thursday, November 21, 2024 at his residence.

Arrangements were held privately. A memorial service may be held at a later date.

"Moon dog" or "Muddy Water" as he was affectionately called was born on March 21, 1961 in Rockingham County, NC to the late Richard Scales and the late Maggie Lee Fields.

He was educated in Stoneville, NC and retired from Custom Screens Inc.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by daughter, LaShonda Kellam; brother, Robert Fields.

He is survived by his daughter, Taneaka Kellam; grandchildren, Janai Bolden, Ai'Yana Wilson, Jabari Kellam, Te'Aja Johnson and Za'Nya Kellam.
