Mr. James Willie Carter Jr.'s Obituary
Mr. James Willie Carter, Jr. passed away on Tuesday, September 3rd , 2013 at Annie Penn Hospital. He was born in Rockingham County June 24, 1960. He is the son of Ella Mae Florence Carter and the late James Willie Carter, Sr.
James was a 1979 graduate of Reidsville Senior High School and a member of St. Thomas Chapel Pentecostal Holiness Church.
He leaves to cherish his memory, a loving mother Ella M. Florence Carter, five children - Kevin W. Carter, (Reidsville,NC), Jeremy L. Carter, Jessica L. Carter, both of (Greensboro, NC), Shawanda G. Swilley (Darnell), (US ARMY) and Kadesha S. Carter of the home; grandchildren – Jaiden A. Stroman, Christian L. Carter, Caidence L. Stroman, Kiara A. Carter, Kevin W. Carter, Jr. , Dalaijah Swilley and Salihah Swilley; a very dear friend Ms. Frances Broadnax and a host of family and friends.
The Funeral will be held Sunday, September 8th, 2013 at 1:30 pm at St. Thomas Chapel Pentecostal Church 633 Hwy. 150, Greensboro, NC. Bishop Tyrone D. Hunter is the pastor.
The family will receive family and friends at the home of Ella Carter, 150 Holly Hill Drive, Reidsville, NC.
