REIDSVILLE - Mr. Henry Eugene Winchester, age 74, passed away Monday, September 22, 2025 upon arrival to Annie Penn Hospital.

Public viewing will begin on Monday, September 29, 2025 from 12 until 6 p.m. at McLaurin-Harris Funeral Home, 721 East Morehead Street, Reidsville, NC.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at 1 p.m. from the Spring Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 8175 NC-700, Ruffin, NC. Reverend Ray Stokes will preside and Reverend Burnett Winchester, eulogist.

Interment will follow in the Spring Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Ruffin NC.

Henry was born in Rockingham County, NC on May 20, 1951 to the late Moses H. Winchester and Bernice Winchester.

He was educated in the local public schools where he attended Ruffin High School.

He was a member of Spring Grove Baptist Church and was loved by everyone who knew him. He was willing to help anyone in need. He will be greatly missed by everyone.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Ronnie Winchester; sisters, Carolynn Winchester and Susie Winchester.

Survivors include brothers, Reverend Burnett Winchester (Debra), Moses Winchester Jr. and Larry Winchester; sister, Lisa Winchester; special friend, Bethel Ann Farrish; former spouse, Faye Hampton Winchester; a host of relatives and friends.
