Mrs. Gwendelyn Bell, 79, passed away Sunday, September 24, 2023 at Moses Cone Hospital.

The Greensboro Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. will hold the Omega Omega ceremony Friday, October 6, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. at McLaurin-Harris Funeral Home Chapel, 721 East Morehead Street, Reidsville, NC. Public viewing will follow until 8 p.m.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 7, 2023 at 12 p.m. at Reidsville High School, 1901 South Park Drive, Reidsville, NC. She will lie in repose from 10 a.m. until 11:45 a.m. Reverend Dr. Clay L. Barrow, pastor of Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church, Greensboro will preside and Reverend Dr. Gregory K. Moss, Sr., principal preacher of Chappell Memorial Baptist Church, Charlotte will deliver the words of comfort.

The committal service and interment will follow in Lakeview Memorial Park, 3600, North O'Henry Blvd., Greensboro, NC.
