REIDSVILLE - Mr. Edward Leon Graves, age 68, passed away Monday, August 19, 2024 at his residence.

Public viewing will begin on Wednesday, August 28, 2024 from 12 until 8 p.m. at McLaurin-Harris Funeral Home, 721 East Morehead Street, Reidsville, NC.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 29, 2024 at 1 p.m. at Spirit and Truth Church of Worship, 1731 Freeway Drive, Suite A, Reidsville, NC. The visitation will begin at 12:30 p.m., Pastor Annie Bell Noble officiating.

The committal and interment will follow in Greenview Cemetery, Reidsville, NC.

He was born on September 26, 1955 in Rockingham County, NC to Lawrence Graves and Gladys Virginia Cunningham Graves.

For many years, he worked in landscaping.

Survivors include wife, Beulah Brown Graves; son, Leon Edward Graves Jr.; daughters, Sheila Ann Bethel (Victor) and Sabrina Gayle Stalvey; brothers, Marculles Graves, Wallace Graves (Robin) and Joey Graves; sisters, Maroin Graves Smith, Gloria Jean Graves, Margie Graves, Marvine Graves; 9 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; a host of relatives and freinds.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Lenora Hendrix; sister, Geretta Graves.
