Mr. David Perkins passed on Sunday, August 18, 2019 at Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro, North Carolina.  Funeral services will be  12:00 noon Thursday, August 22, 2019 at McLaurin Chapel with Elder Bell Noble serving as Eulogist.  Burial will be held at Jones Chapel Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.

Public viewing will be held on Wednesday, August 21, 2019 from 2:00 - 7:00 p.m.
