Conswella Monyekia Ziglar, 51, of Reidsville, NC departed this life on April 27, 2026 at Cone Health Moses Cone Hospital.
She was born in Martinsville, VA on October 22, 1974 to Harold Clements and the late Mary Clements.
Conswella graduated from Bassett High School in 1992. She was employed by Gildan Activewear Distribution until becoming disabled.
To know Sway was to love her. She was funny, strong, loving and a deeply caring woman who never hesitated to speak her mind and always kept it real. She had a personality that could light up any room, often leaving people smiling or laughing, especially when she would say her famous "whaaaatttt!"! in a way only she could.
Her greatest joy came from her family. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, whether it was playing, laughing or simply being present with them. She also had a passion for cooking and baking, sharing her love through the meals she prepared for those around her.
Sway will be remembered for her authenticity, her strength, her humor and the love she gave so freely. She was unapologetically herself and that is exactly how she will forever remain in our hearts. Though she is no longer with us in the physical, her spirit, her voice and her love will continue to live on in the lives she touched.
Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever Sway.
Conswella was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Clements.
Conswella leaves to cherish her memory: father, Harold Clements of Martinsville, VA; son, Brandon Clements of Reidsville, NC; two daughters, Brianna and Moniqua Clements of Reidsville, NC; brother, Shawn Clements of Martinsville; three sisters, Felica Fuller (Darrell) of Danville, VA, Alice Wade (Tony) of Bassett, VA and CeCe Ellis of Kansas; two nephews, Michael Menefee of Richmond, VA and Jacob Clements of Fayetteville, NC; niece, Tyneshia Menefee of Danville, VA; grandkids, Mar'Keyln Lemons, Nay'La Clements and De'Ari Scales all of Reidsville, NC.
