To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: A time to be born and a time to die; a time to weep and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance..."Ecclesiastes 3:1,2 & 4.
During this season we encourage you to lean on the powerful words of Scripture and the eternal promise of God like never before. We know that your hearts are heavy now, but as your church family we gather around in love to remind you that your hope must stay fixed on Christ the solid rock. Our prayers and thought are truly with you in this time. Though your loved one has transitioned, God is still God: all wise, all knowing, all loving and He still has a plan at work. During this trying time, draw on your memories for comfort and lean on God alone for strength, and the peace of god which passes all understanding shall guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, until that day of blessed reunion in our Father's eternal home.

Sincerely,
Rev. David K. Brawley, Lead Pastor

Whereas: God in His great power has removed from your midst a true Christian friend, family member and loved one. She was a devoted mother, sister, friend and a child of God to all who knew and loved her, cherish her beautiful memories and one day you shall meet her on God's celestial shore.
Resolved: that in the home-going of this your dear one, you have lost a friend, loved one and a family member, one who loved her God, obeyed, trust Him and lived a life of Holiness. He has always kept His promises and if His followers will lean upon Him, He will guide you all the way.
The valley may be dark, the shadows deep
But, O, this Shepherd guards His lonely sheep
And through the gloom, He'll lead her home.
My Heavenly Fathers watches over you.
We, the members of the Springfield Baptist Church Daytime Bible Study express our deepest sympathy, love and prayers to you and your entire family.
