God in his infinite wisdom and divine love chose to take from our earthly presence, our beloved Mrs. Barbara Ann Pass Morehead early Wednesday morning on September 30, 2015.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday, October 4, 2015 at Trinity Holy Tabernacle Church, Reidsville, NC, with a visitation 1:30-2:00 P.M. Prior to the service. Bishop Alphonso Nicholson, Pastor will bring the Eulogy and Burial will follow in Greenview Cemetery.

Barbara was born to the late George and Carrie Pass on March 22, 1946. She is also preceded in death by son Karl Shuff, brother George Pass, and sister Mary(Tonsie) Oglesby.

She was a lifelong resident of Reidsville, NC in where she also obtained her educational degrees. Barbara was a graduate of Booker T. Washington High School in 1964 and continued her education at Rockingham Community College and earned a degree n Early Childhood Education in 1995. With this degree she nurtured many children at RCC Child Development, Flo's Home Sweet Home, and Chade' Care for many years.

Although "Barbran" as she was affectionately called never had license, she was an avid traveler and got anywhere she needed to go. If one ask "how did you get here?' her answer was always, "don't worry about it." Barbara could often be found cheering at the local Wentworth wrestling in which she had her own special ring side chair. Not only enjoying wrestling as a pastime, but riding out was how she occupied herself. If you wanted a passenger she was willing to ride all day long. Her love for her tv shows, wrestling, and riding was not compared to the love she had for her church and Pastor.

Spiritually, Barbara was a devoted and faithful member of Trinity Holy Tabernacle for over 35 years. During her membership, she filled the capacity of Assistant Church Secretary, Sunday School Secretary, President of Women's Auxiliary, and past Usher Board President. Other than having a leadership role in different areas, she was also apart of the Missionary Department, Pastor's Aide, Mother Board, and former choir member.

She leaves to cherish her memory her sons William Pass of Reidsville, NC, Michael Shuff (Charlotte) of Eden, NC; daughter, Marie Shuff of Reidsville NC; sisters Rosa Lee of Jersey City, NJ, Constance Scale, Denise Simpson (Tim) and Roberta Murphy all of Reidsville , NC; brothers Rev. Wilfred Pass (Brenda), Willie Pass (Geraldine) both of Reidsville, Ray Pass of Greensboro, NC, and Kenny Pass (Janice)of Madison, NC. Grandchildren: Michael, Makia, A.J., Dana, Akeyria, Dakeeven, Shalik, Kennon, D'Shawn, Miracle. Great Grandchildren: Shilia, A.J., Heavenly, Angel, Nevae, host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. Special daughter April Broadnax. Special Niece Delta Pass Rankin.
