Apostle Dr. James Bernard Hale, age 59, passed away Monday, July 10, 2023 at his residence.

A celebration of life service will be held privately by invitation only Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at 2 p.m. at McLaurin-Harris Funeral Home Chapel, 721 East Morehead Street, Reidsville, NC.

Interment with military honors will follow in Salisbury National Cemetery.

Dr. Hale was the co-pastor of City of Refuge Ministries International Incorporated along with his wife Pastor Unique D. Hale.
