STOKESDALE, NC - Mr. Antonio Lenard Martin, age 49, passed away Monday, January 19, 2026 at his residence.

Due to forecasted inclement weather, the celebration of life service will now be held Sunday, February 8, 2026 at 1 p.m. from the Church of the Living God, 7552 Happy Hill Road, Kernersville, NC. Minister Kevin Foster, eulogist.

Affectionately known as "Tony", he was born on February 10, 1976 in Stokesdale, NC to the late Pamela Martin Tate-Caldwell and John Jarvis, Jr.

He attended Guilford County Schools and was a proud member of the class of 1995 at Northwest Senior High School. During his school years, Tony developed a strong passion for football and wrestling.

Tony attended The Church of the Living God in Stokesdale/Kernersville area of North Carolina.

He was previously employed by Finish Line and also worked as a personal trainer at Convergys.

A devoted father, son, nephew and uncle. Tony deeply cherished his family and friends.

He loved sports, especially cheering for his favorite team, the Pittsburg Steelers. In his free time, he enjoyed playing cards, cornhole and pool. Tony was known for his great sense of humor and his love of being surrounded by family. Above all, he truly enjoyed good food and good company.

Tony was preceded in death by his mother, Pamela Martin Tate-Caldwell whom he cherished and his father, John Jarvis, Jr.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his daughter, Serena Martin; his son, Jordan Haith; his sisters, Jamie Lindsay, DeAndra Martin (Will) and Patrice Tate (Jeffrey); his beloved niece, Dekendra Martin and adored nephews, DeVarris Martin, Darius Martin and DeVonya Martin along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Tony will be dearly missed by his family, friends and all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
