Obituary

Annie Pauline Dillard passed away on Wednesday, November 21, 2018.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday,
December 1, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Little Bethlehem Christian Church in Eden, NC with family visitation one half hour
prior to the service.  Public viewing will be held on Friday, November 30, 2018 2:00 - 7:00 pm.

Born Annie Pauline Williams on December 25, 1928 to the late Rev. Raleigh Fred and Julia Ann Williams in Leaksville,
NC, Pauline, as she was affectionately called, attended Rockingham County schools and graduated from Booker T.
Washington High School in 1948.  Upon graduating high school, she attended cosmetology school.

Pauline met and married the love of her life, the late Thomas Vanlear "Bammer" Dillard and to this union
was born their daughter, Jean Renata Dillard, who proceeded her in death on October 20, 2018.

Pauline worked at Burlington Industries as a "Sew Together" Seamstress, where she became a supervisor
and later retired. After retirement, Pauline was employed as a private duty sitter, where she worked until her client
passed away.

Seeing a need to live her life to the fullest, she accepted Jesus as her Savior.  She joined Bold Springs Baptist
Church and after she married, she moved her membership to Little Bethlehem Christian Church, where she served as
an usher, a trustee, in the Senior Choir, and was a member of LBCC Sunday School.

In addition to her parents, husband, and daughter, her brother, Wilbert Williams, proceeds her in death.
Survivors include her sisters; Mary E. "Sister" Williams; and Mozelle W. Darby, both of the home; sister-in-law,
Inez Jones of Reidsville, NC; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
