-Mrs. Alma E. Johnson; loving wife, mother and grandmother passed away Wednesday, August 27, 2013 at Moses Cone Hospital, Greensboro, NC.
Funeral services will be 3:00 P.M. Sunday, September 1, 2013 at Chapel Hill United Methodist Church with a viewing 2:00-3:00 P.M. prior to the service.
Alma was preceded in death by her parents; Herbert & Lillian Johnson, brothers; Herbert Jr. and twin brother Elmo, sisters; Margaret Hooper and Mary, grandson; Dontrice Fewell.
She is survived by: husband; Clarence Clifton Johnson of the home, daughters; Mrs. Cathy Johnson (James), Beverly Wilder (Michael), son; Ferby C. Johnson (Valerie), eight grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, sisters; Olivia, Gladys, and Emily, other relatives and friends.
